Refund Policy
Last updated: 8 September 2026
This Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for Decimo (the “Service”), operated by PulsePages. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Free trial
New accounts include a free trial period. During the trial you have full access and are not charged. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your account is not billed; it simply moves to a limited, read-only state until you choose to subscribe. You will never be charged without starting a paid subscription.
2. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or as otherwise shown at checkout) through our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. Your subscription renews automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel.
3. Cancellations
You can cancel at any time from the billing section in your account settings, or by contacting us. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period and then stops; you are not charged again. Cancelling does not delete your data, and you can continue to view and export it after your subscription ends.
4. Refunds
Because a free trial lets you evaluate the Service before paying, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods or unused time after a cancellation.
We will, however, consider a refund where:
- you were charged in error or billed more than once for the same period;
- you were charged after a valid cancellation;
- a refund is required under applicable consumer-protection law.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Paddle. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
5. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and will let you know. If payment cannot be collected, your account moves to a read-only state rather than being deleted, so your data is preserved while you update your payment details.
6. How to request a refund or get help
To request a refund, ask a billing question, or get help, contact us at support@maarsch.net with the email address on your account and the approximate date of the charge. As the Merchant of Record, Paddle also handles billing enquiries and its buyer terms apply to your purchase; you can reach Paddle via the receipt they email you.
